statutory overcrowding

Additional Information

Currently the UK Government Guidelines states that you can use Living Rooms and Kitchens as bedrooms if your home becomes overcrowded.
Children under 1 years old do not count.
Children between 1 and 10 years old count as 0.5 units.
Anyone over 10 years count as 1 unit.
Therefore in a standard 2 bedroom flat with 1 living area and 1 kitchen, you could have, based on government standards of 2 units per room (assuming the room is 10 square meters or more), 14 occupants living in said flat.
We petition for:
1.)Living Areas and Kitchens to NOT count as bedrooms.
2.)Any human being to count as 1 unit, regardless of age.
