MP's London accomodation
HMG should buy 2 or three large (empty, there are a few !) tower blocks, do them up to a reasonable standard ( Holiday Inn style or Premier Inn quality not super luxury but reasonably comfortable) make them secure, guarded and serviced (removing any current security risks by MPs being dotted about in insecure places all over London), give one, one bedroom flat or bedsit to each seat in the houses, (one for each MP or Lord) for the use of the MP or Lord whenever they need it, no charge. They then have no right to claim a penny for staying over in London, if they don't want a flat there and want a place of their own, then they pay for it, and the running of it, out of their own pocket.
