reduce government aid to below 0.1% gdp

Additional Information

The current ring fencing of the aid bill is not sustainable or practical in the current econmic climate, charity should not be enforced through the use of giving away tax payers money all extra funds, from this reduction should be put back into the economy and spent in britain. Aid is a luxury that britain simply cannot afford.
