Removal of the title 'honourable' for dishonourable MPs.

Additional Information

I propose that Members of Parliament who show disgraceful behaviour to others, and in particular those who deny evidence about their behaviour or accept the untruths of others about such matters are stripped of the title 'Honourable' and should not be referred to as such either within or outside of Whitehall.
