Make shooting sea gulls legal

Additional Information

Sea gulls cause a horrible environment for the people of the UK. They steal food and causes messes all across the country. They should be legal to shoot, and therefore culled. The environemnt will become cleaner from excrement and noise pollution from sea gulls themselves will be decreased. Being woken up at 4 in the morning will be a thing of the past!
