Make PPI Claims companies have to be accountable to the FSA

Additional Information

I would like the government to look into making the companies which attempt to regain the PPI insurance money from the banks and credit card companies to be under the regulartory restraints of the FSA and if complaints are made, customers to be able to go through the financial ombudsman.
