Provide subtitles on Internet Related content
Deaf and Hard of hearing people cannot watch internet related content without subtitles.
We need a change in the law to require all video content that is shown on TV, DVD, Blu-Ray, to have subtitles when shown on internet services.
Sky Go, Sky Anytime+ are internet related services and have no subtitles.
Lovefilm, Netflix have limited or no subtitles.
Companies used are examples, there are many more. We need the law to force these providers to provide subtitles. We also need to fine companies not providing the service or give their services to deaf and hard of hearing customers for free.
