Referendum for a Codified UK Constitution

Additional Information

I would like the government to have a referendum on wether to codify the constitution of the UK in much the same way many other democracies do around the world or not. This would include (but not limited to) an equivilent of the US "Bill of Rights" so that all UK citizens are protected by an entrenched and codified constitution.
