stop NHS funding for the obese
In a time of immense national dept and economic crisis why do we spend tax payers money on the health of those who cannot control their eating habits.
The NHS should not be forced to spend money on gastric bands, heart disease or diabetes along with many other obesity related diseases.
Anybody over the "slightly overweight" BMI (body mass indicator, 25.8 for women, 27.8 for men) should have to pay privately for obesity related issues.
This would lead to not only a healthier economy, but a healthier society.
