Raise minimum age for drinking in public or buying alcoholic drink to 21

Additional Information

To raise our youth to be healthier and more responsible citizens, adopt the same age limit of 21 as the USA has for drinking in public and for buying liquor. Visitors to the USA will have been struck by the absence of rowdy youths, the result of drinking, in town and city centres.
