1) reciprocal arrangements truly balanced - visa, naturalisation, ownership, right to work.

2) welfare system access linked to contributions and positive behaviour report

3) visas require annual extension which in turn require clean behavior (personal and business). naturalisation not before ten years.

4) balanced demographic immigration - avoid disproportionately affecting any one section of our society
