1. Introduce legislation to ensure mobile operators include an opt-out list of users to prevent unsolicited text messages (SMS) being received, similar to the current TPS (Telephone Preference Service).
2. Introduce legislation to swiftly prosecute and impose severe financial penalties for companies that breach these rules.
