Police service should not be allowed to reject an applicant on grounds of their families criminal background

Additional Information

Police officer applicants or special constable Applicants should be allowed to do GOOD for the community and country and not be rejected from doing this because the police find that a member of their family has a criminal record and the APPLICANT DOES NOT. Its unfair. this needs to be changed as lots of talented individuals are being rejected through no fault of their own! peoples dreams are being crushed!
