Allow dogs and cats less than 5kg to enter the UK as carry on baggage like the rest of Europe.

Additional Information

If you have a pet under 5kg, they should be allowed to enter the UK like other European Countries, as carry on hand Luggage using the correct transporter, for example, if I travel between Spain and Portugal my small dog can travel inside the cabin of the aircraft, using the PET scheme with the passport.
