SAFE CYCLISTS LIVES WITH HIGH VIZ ITEMS

WE THE UNDERSIGNED WANT THERE TO BE A `LAW` TO MAKE CYCLISTS WEAR SOME FORM OF `HIGH VIZ` ITEM, THIS WOULD SAFE LIVES BY ALLOWING OTHERS TO SEE THEM, AT THIS TIME SOME WEAR `DARK` CLOTHES AT NIGHT WITH NO LIGHTS AND EVEN IF THEY HAVE THEM ARE HARD TO SEE IN CERTAIN LIGHT CONDITIONS, IT IS BETTER TO TRY TO SAVE LIVES WITH LITTLE COST THAN DO NOTHING, MAKES SENSE SEEING THE AMOUNT THAT ARE `KILLED` OR INJURED EACH YEAR, SIMPLE OR SHOULD BE.
