Introduce a scheme whereby tax and NI is reduced for life for those who are damaged or maltreated by a taxpayer funded organisation.

Additional Information

We read, daily about people who are badly treated by our taxpayer funded organsations. Families of murdered individuals have to continue to pay for the upkeep of the person who murdered their family member. We need to have a scheme whereby payments by NEXT OF KIN of people badly treated by taxpayer funded organisations receive a lifetime rebate so that their suffering is acknowledged. It might also cause those in those organisations, like the NHS, to takke notice of how they treat people if they know it is going to cost then continuing losses.
