Life sentance for cause of death by a multiple stabbing
Tougher sentances for knife crime. If released after convition, then monitoring should be in place. Sign in daily at local Police Stations to protect the Public from danger. Re-assessed after a period of time to determine if still a risk to public. Revoke parole at any given time if re-offending of any sort.
