Death Penalty For Child Murderers
Where someone is convicted of killing someone under the age of 16 years they are imprisoned for 5 years after which if no new evidence emerges that casts any doubt on the conviction then the death penalty shall be carried, but if the the person convicted admits to the crime and is found to be of sound mind then the death penalty should be carried out straight away.
