Petition Action

I am asking for the UK government to debate its role in covering up the facts relating to the Bristol-Myers Squibb Deferred Prosecution Agreement.

Additional Information

I was a whistleblower. The UK and US governments went to great lengths to cover up issues that eventually brought about the Deferred Prosecution Agreement entered into by the DoJ and Bristol-Myers Squibb, in 2005. It cost BMS shareholders $300million. Full facts can be found on http://www.jameslynchehaun.com/the-dealers-story/ I am asking for the issue to be debated, with a view to having a full investigation.
