MPs to have strong constituency links

Additional Information

I would like a law which requires candidate MPs to have to live in their constituency for a minimum of five years before standing for election. This would prevent the imposition of people unfamiliar with an area, in order to give them a 'safe seat'. Living in the area would include being a householder and paying Council Tax.
