Stop the Government policy of Companies giving shares instead of employment rights

Additional Information

This new policy must be stopped as the Government is asking you to gamble with your employment rights!
What is to stop an employer firing indiscriminately if the employee has sold his/her right to an unfair dismissal hearing? What happens if the company goes bankrupt and the shares you took instead of the right to a redundancy pay out are worth nothing?
