Give top rate tax cut money to homeless veterans

Additional Information

We the people request that the Treasury use monies saved/rebated by the top rate tax cut be used to provide homes for veterans to get them off the streets of the country they so valiantly served. To leave them without a safe, warm place to live is no way to repay the debt we owe them
