Should the UK Government now be investigating the Transrapid, Maglev technology to replace High Speed Rail Links, using the benefits of lower cost construction, lower cost maintenance, more flexible routing, lower noise levels and more efficient use of energy, to bring our Victorian transport system into the 21st century?
