That the UK government allows the Russian Federation to bestow the Medal of Ushakov on all British servicemen who served in the artic convoys during the second world war.

The Government responded to this petition on Thursday 16th May 2013
Following a request from a number of signatories, this note is to clarify that the title of the petition should appear as 'Arctic Convoy Medal' but it is not possible for it to be amended once submitted to the site.
