UK independence referendum to be given the choice to LEAVE Europe, seeing as how Cameron and government will grant to Scotland that choice, and sign off from 15 Oct 12, but will not give the whole country same say on leaving Europe, to whom "we are shackled to a corpse". A simple "yes or no" will do as the question.
