Do not allow foreigners access to the NHS doctors or hospitals unless in an emergency.

Additional Information

Change the guidelines to GP's not to accept foreigners getting non emergency treatment on the NHS. and initiate a working system of checks in hospitals to block foreigners getting non-emergency treatment at the hospitals.
