Early Prison Release
Early release from jail for good behaviour is deplorable, the stituation where by nearly all prisoners serve only half of there sentence for behaving in prison. Surely good behaviour should mean they serve the full sentence only with bad behaviour meaning the serve longer per incident of bad behaviour. To often the punishment element of a sentence is ignored in favour of rehabilitation, a sentence should be both. The sentance handed down by the judge should be the sentence the prisoner serves.
