Maintain XH588's operational flying status

Additional Information

Discussion should be undertaken to insure that the British Icon Vulcan XH588 remains flying. The RAF should discus funding to include XH588 into their RAF Memorial Flight group with a view for partial/full funding to insure that the aircraft will continue flying.
