People claim benefits and get money in to their accounts every week. As the recent episode of 999 What's your emergency showed many people wait for this money before using it to buy alcohol and drugs. Lets put an end to this and use tax payers money more efficiently by paying benefits in food stamps, clothing vouchers and pre paid cards for gas, water and electricity.
