Fairs-fair 50/50 job share governing.

Additional Information

I require the guardians of the public interest to make parliament more accurately representative of it's population by changing all parliamentary seats to job-share positions with each constituency having one man and one woman voted to that post. Those appointed to cabinet would become full time.
