The Welsh Assembly has the Senedd & the Siambr (Chamber)
The Proud Scottish People have the Scottish Parliament Building with a Grand Hemi circular Debating Chamber & Viewing Gallery
Northern Ireland has the Stormont Chamber based on present HoC Chamber
At present the House of Commons has 646 MPs reducing to 600 in the next Parliament possibly?
The current HoC Chamber will only allow 427 sitting
The voting system dates back to 1834
The UK Parliament desperately needs a new modern debating chamber along the lines of the Siambr in Wales & the Scottish Parliament debating chamber
The new House of Commons debating & voting Chamber with modern Public viewing area & multimedia facilities to be built alongside the Palace of Westminster as a new modern purpose built impressive building complementing the Palace’s historic architecture
This is imperative so that our modern 21st Century UK democracy works as efficiently & effectively as possible
