Instruct DWP doctors to inform claimants the name of the condition or disability they are suffering from

Additional Information

Some claimants of Incapacity Benefit do not get told the name of their disability.
Please set up a special team of DWP/Job Centre Disability Employment Advisers to interview every long term Incapacity Benefit claimant and find out what additional support can be given to assist them to find employment.
Please consider paying compensation to Incapacity Benefit claimants for whom the Job Centre has failed to give them any help.
