Benefits should be a privilege, Benefits cut if you regularly commit crimes

Benefits should be for those who need support and are part of a positive community.

As a small majority of people cost a lot of money in support in policing, housing, complaints those who commit multiple crimes or seen as a nuiscance to society will have there benefits cut until they can prove they fit into societys expectations.
