Car lights are too bright

Additional Information

The lights on modern cars are now so bright they are becoming a danger to other road users. Being blinded by oncoming lights is not something we should accept as the norm. Even the lights on the rear of modern vehicles can cause great discomfort to the driver behind. There should be legislation introduced to limit the brightness of lights on vehicles.
