Reward Job Centre reception Staff for being Polite to disabled customers
Some Job Centre Reception Staff do not recognise the special needs of those customers with certain disabilities, and turn them away without understanding their needs.
Can Job Centres explain why the Bouncers/ Security Staff on the doors at Job Centres do not get trained in Politeness?
Can the DWP please employ "mystery shoppers" to visit Job Centres posing as Incapacity Benefit claimants and reward staff who treat those claimants with proper respect. But can the "mystery shoppers" also reccommend staff with a bad attitude to be re-trained or moved to other jobs.
