BBC cannot regulate itself

Additional Information

Unlike any other television broadcasting service the BBC is not regulated by OFCOM. Recent cases such as tax evasion by BBC employees which still carry on and the Jimmy Saville Case which according to The Independent (BBC managers tried to cover up circumstances about Jimmy Saville Newsnight investigation).
