S21 right removal from Social Landlords and Council Properties

Additional Information

After being a victim of a S21 notice from my social landlord i am looking at becoming homeless (yet again) with my family.

In an area where the Demand for social Housing far outweighs the Supply i have to look at private rentals of which we would need 6months rent and deposit upfront.

The S21 notice should be only applicable to Private landlords and not for any Social means of housing

I propose to request that S21 is resticted to use on a absolute last basis as it is becoming more and more commonly abused by all.
