Additional Information

To reduce the upper time limit for an abortion to 20 weeks with additonal options for 24/22/18/16/14/12 weeks(a bit like the 1990 HFE bill) ,to keep the 2 doctors signatures requirement and introduce counselling for women seeking abortion!
