Texing in the House of Commons whilst debateing
Having witnessed annoyingly on TV many MPs not concentrating on live debates and texing, I call on the Leader of the House of Commons to ban the use of mobile texing technology in the House of Commons or Lords whilst in the debateing chamber.

The Government cannot 'ban the use of mobile texing technology in the House of Commons or Lords' as these decisions are taken by the Houses themselves. You may wish to consider resubmitting an e-petition that calls on the House of Commons/Lords to 'ban the use of mobile texting technology'.
