Scottish Independence Vote for UK based Scots
Anyone schooled in Scotland for 5 years can represent the country at sport. Someone born, raised and schooled in Scotland but now residing elsewhere in the UK qualifies to represent the country at any level of sport yet is ineligible to vote on Independence.
With 16 year olds being granted the right to vote, UK based Scots must also be granted a vote?
