Remove the restriction the prevents health professionals advising on formula feeding infants

Additional Information

Health professionals are currently unable to advise new parents about how best to feed infants using baby formula. Parents who choose, for whatever reason, not to breast feed their babies are doing so without practical support from the health system. This needs to change.
