1979 law changed to allow people still living with abuser able to make a compensation claim to CICA - Criminal Injury Compensation Authority
If you were under the legal age to leave home you at present not entitled to claim for compensation and would like the opportunity to have this law changed to benefit victims of abuse and crime.
