Amende Noise abatement act to include the noise created by children within multi occupancy building

Additional Information

Occupiers of Flats, Maisonettes, and multi-occupation buildings, are being seriously disturbed by the noise and commotion children make playing within these type of building, especially on upper floors. This affect several thousand people, and they have no redress, nor protection in law from this intrusive and often frightening level of noise. As a result this means that young children can make as much noise and cause as much disturbance and nuisance as they like with total impunity,
This situation needs to be addressed, to at least make the parents responsible for the action so their children.
