Make the House of Commons debate votes for 16 & 17 year olds, not just votes for prisoners.
It is not right that the Government should decide to give the right to vote to 16 & 17 year olds in the referendum in Scotland without a debate in the House of Commons. It is an affront to democracy that the Government should not call for a debate in the House of commons on whether to give the vote to 16 & 17 year olds.
