Student Finance Needs Improving

Additional Information

Each university should have a member of the Student Finance team working within, whether this is full-time or as a drop in service available for 2-3 days per week. This would enable students to gain an accurate account of what stage their application is currently on and give evidence personally to avoid the frequent losing of information that Student Finance have had.
