Forward Roll On The M25
This Petition is to assist my good friend @PhilLucas with a personal quest to do a forward roll on the M25. Despite an immense amount of effort on his behalf trying to achieve this goal he has been met by total silence from both David Cameron & The Ministry of Transport. Please sign this petition to help Phil fulfil his ambition.
