Effect altering clocks has on pensioners utility bills
That the government realise that extra energy costs are forced on the public by turning back the clocks in Autumn each year. Millions of homes are now having to switch lights on one hour earlier and this usually means heating as well.
If the government are serious about energy saving they should leave BST all year round.
