NHS Rules for eligability for free healthcare.
We call on the Government to instruct the NHS to publish a set of "rules for health" which have to be adhered to by the citizen in order to recieve free treatment. EG: If you are obese by the NHS definition, and are unwilling to make prescribed lifestyle changes to correct the problem, then any treatment for this problem, or assosiated issues (eg type 2 diabetes or joint replacements) would be charged for at a commercial rate.
