Free Public Access To Justice

Additional Information

Create a ‘National Justice Service’ (NJS) amalgamating the overlapping and confusing plethora of fair trading, consumer watchdog, CAB, Ombudsman and other government services, giving it the power to investigate malpractice and maladministration in both the public and private sectors.
Held on a database, there would be a one-stop-shop for anyone with a complaint or a grievance not immediately recognised as criminal by the police.
Large savings to the tax payer would result through less bureaucracy and legal involvement, imposed fines and most significant over time – a massive decrease in offence.
