Additional Information

To make David Cameron's promise regarding Epetitions "to make sure that if a certain level of signatures is reached, the matter will be debated in the House, whether we like it or not." binding, and ensure that epetitions which a 100,000 or more signatures are fully and properly debated in the House of Commons.
